The light quality seems good, and as someone highly sensitive to LED and fluorescent light as an autistic, neurodivergent person, I find them a little annoying at first, but they stop causing sensory overload after I acclimate over two or three weeks. The built-in timer is a solid pro. They recharge quickly over USB-C, and they seem durable, I've dropped them a few times by accident with no issues. I notice a real difference when I use them, and honestly the difference feels more noticeable than with a light box, because I'm actually getting the light in the right place for the right duration, which rarely happened with a panel. These have become a core part of my morning routine, and I plan to keep using them indefinitely, including through the summer.
