We're talking about tanning glasses today. Overall, they get a four out of five for me. So let's take a look at them.

You get a two-pack if you buy them here on Amazon. They come in their own cases. The cases are relatively low quality, the hinges aren't great, and the clasp is already starting to wear out, so I wouldn't count on those lasting.

Let's talk about the cons first, as always. Number one, the string seems to be highly elastic and not super high quality. I'd imagine this is going to wear out, but it's likely replaceable since it's just knotted in here, so I don't think that'll be a big deal.

Second con: there's an adjustment piece at the back, and you can see the string can still pull through it. The adjustment piece doesn't hold super well. It's not causing me a problem while tanning, but it's an issue I'm concerned about over time.

Next is the loop that goes over your nose. I'm concerned because it's so beefy it might end up leaving a mark on my nose, or causing uneven tanning. So those are the cons.

Now the pros. This whole thing is highly flexible, there's no hard plastic here, which is a great upside. Second, I've seen other tanning glasses that are completely opaque, you can't see through them at all, which makes it hard to hit start, stop, or change the volume on your phone or whatever you're using. These let just the smallest amount of light through, and it's actually a pretty pleasant shade of light.

The other pro: even though the adjustment piece isn't amazing, it's easy to adjust once it's on your head, so that's a good thing. And I have pretty big eyes and a pretty big face, so the next pro is it covers my eyes fully without digging into my eyeball. I've used other pairs that actually dug into my eye.

I've used these for a couple of weeks now, and despite the concerns, they're holding up alright. Given the price, and that you get a two-pack, it's a four out of five for me.
